2. MANDATORY OR FACULTATIVE BASIS OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

he Users, through the marking of the correspondent checkboxes and data entries in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in downloaded forms, expressly accept and in a free and unequivocal way that their data are necessary to grant their petitions on the part of the lender, being the inclusion of data in the rest of the fields voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE are true and makes themselves responsible of communicating any alteration of said data. The RESPONSIBLE informs and guarantees directly to the Users that their personal data will not be given in any case to third parties, and that in case of assigning them, the direct, informed and unequivocal consent of the Users will be asked. All the data solicited by the website are mandatory, since they are necessary for providing an optimum service to the User. If some data are not provided, the information and services provided are not guaranteed to be adjusted to the Users’ needs.
